About the role As a Retention or Renewal Specialist (Pioneer Campaign) at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring they remain satisfied with our products and services. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing Contacting customers to discuss their account details and identify any issues or concerns Proposing solutions to retain customers and renew their contracts or subscriptions Providing accurate and timely information to customers about our products, services and policies Logging all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of the conversations Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective retention strategies Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills What we're looking for Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service What we offer At iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
