In Indonesia, we are operating 6 stores in Jabodetabek and 2 in central & East Java RESPONSIBILITIES OF RETAIL SPECIALIST (FUTURE STORE LEADER): Delight your customers in all channels by selling new and durable products/services solutions suitable to their needs. Delight your customer with customer-friendly, experiential, omnichannel and safe layouts that make them want to discover our sports and solutions. Develop your sports' local omnichannel performance Manage the store's everyday operational duties (Duty Manager) Your playground offers real opportunities! You work hand in hand with the department manager who manages you, and you benefit from a training plan to help you succeed in all your missions. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian You have a passion for sport, a taste for business and looking for a retail career You like being out in the field, advising users of all levels, with a desire to share your passion Your priority is to satisfy your “sports-loving customers”!
