• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Sales and Transactions:

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policy.

• Promote sales and special offers to customers.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.

• Store Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

• Restock shelves and ensure product displays are well-maintained.

• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.

• Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and pricing.

• Demonstrate products and explain their uses to customers.

• Provide accurate information to customers about products and services.

• Other Duties:

• Participate in sales promotions and events.

• Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity.
