We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Gems & Jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces, provide detailed product knowledge, and ensure a premium shopping experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

🔷 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery items.
• Provide detailed information about gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone products.
• Explain product features, pricing, quality standards (e.g., hallmarking, certification).
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately.
• Assist in stock management and inventory checks.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and display standards.

🔷 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail sales experience (Jewellery industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of gold purity, diamonds (4Cs), and gemstones is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and festive seasons.
• Pleasing personality with professional grooming standards.
