Job Title: Resource Management Coordinator - SAP Projects

About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Resource Management Coordinator to support SAP project operations in an international environment.

The ideal candidate will manage C-user accounts, equipment logistics, and onboarding processes for internal and external project resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer C-user accounts for SAP projects.

Coordinate equipment provisioning and handling for SAP project resources.

Act as a liaison between SAP teams, other business units, external partners, and employees in a global setting.

Oversee technical onboarding, offboarding, and cross-boarding processes for external project resources.

Support and continuously improve the global resource management life cycle.

Requirements:

Prior experience in SAP project environments or resource coordination.

Familiarity with international onboarding and IT access procedures.

Technical understanding of user account and equipment provisioning systems is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
