Role Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support & Market Research Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role combines a range of responsibilities across technical support, market research, collaboration follow-up, documentation, publication writing, and lab management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be fluent in their respective language and possess strong communication skills to assist with documentation and collaboration efforts. Role responsibilities Technical Support: Assist the technical team with documentation, process management, and daily operations. Market Research & Procurement: Conduct product research, analyze market trends, and support procurement strategies. Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups on emails, meetings, and project updates. Documentation & Publications: Draft, edit, and format technical reports, research publications, and presentations, ensuring compliance with required standards. Nanomaterials Research & Analysis: Conduct synthesis, characterization, and analytical studies of nanomaterials for research and development. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nanotechnology, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent experience. • Experience: Prior experience in technical support, market research, or lab management is preferred. • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi(basic to communicate). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with documentation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, LaTeX) is a plus. Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Attention to detail and organizational proficiency. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented research environment. Internship Duration: • 3-6 months of paid internship, conversion based on performance.
