About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for data, a knack for uncovering insights, and a desire to make a real impact on a global scale, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create Market Reports: Develop comprehensive market reports based on given templates for different programs across various countries to report performance, KPIs, achievements, and trends.

2. Conduct Global Team and Leadership Reports: Collect data related to the performance and engagement of Randstad's global programs to feed the global team with relevant data, identifying key trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

3. Data Visualization and Storytelling: Present data in a clear and compelling way through presentations.

4. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Big Query, and other relevant platforms to extract and analyze data.

5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with various teams across Randstad's global operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a reporting specialist, data analyst, or similar role.

3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

4. Minimum 3 years of proven experience.

5. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

7. Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, BigQuery, and other data extraction tools.

8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

9. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
