About the Role: You will undergo our intense 2-year residency program focused on programming while receiving compensation. Upon completing the residency program and becoming a seasoned developer, you will collaborate with our Senior Developers to build apps for our customers. Successfully complete our rigorous assessment and project, and you'll receive a monthly allowance ranging from 32,000 to 35,000 PHP while you train. Expert Mentorship: Our seasoned developers will invest their time in guiding and supporting you throughout the program. Performance-Based Growth: Show us your skills! As you progress, your allowance increases – reaching up to 100,000 PHP per month by program completion. Full-Time Opportunity: Once the program is completed, you’ll transition to a full-time developer contract and collaborate with our team to create cutting edge applications. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Senior Developers and cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software solutions. Write clean, maintainable code that meets coding standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
