Job Description/Requirements
· Develop comprehensive project plans, define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
· Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and service providers to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project execution.
· Utilize virtual communication tools and platforms to facilitate regular communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
· Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
· Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices for low-voltage systems in the telecommunications industry.
· Collaborate with network engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure the proper execution of projects.
· Conduct regular quality assurance activities to verify the functionality and performance of low-voltage systems, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or defects.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes, utilizing cloud-based document management systems.
· Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns, providing project updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to low-voltage systems and telecommunications infrastructure.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in project management and other relevant fields e.g (Electrical engineering, COMPTIA A+ etc
· Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the low-voltage or telecommunications industry.
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, while working remotely.
· Proficient in using virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, project management software, shared document repositories).
· Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
· Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients remotely.
