Job Summary

Create a local distribution network for home loans through contact points and direct marketing activities, including self-construction site visits, pamphlet distribution, and other initiatives. Establish and empanel contact points, which are initial touchpoints for individuals seeking to build or buy homes.

Key Responsibilities

Create a robust local distribution network for the dissemination of home loan information through contact points and targeted marketing efforts.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cement dealers, to facilitate effective communication and promote home loan opportunities.

Develop and implement strategies for the creation and empanelment of contact points, ensuring they remain up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and optimize the distribution network's performance.
