Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle learner support issues efficiently

2. Ensure active engagement by tracking class attendance, monitoring mock interviews and problem-solving progress, and proactively reaching out to inactive learners for re-engagement

3. Build strong relationships with learners to improve the net promoter score
