Reformer Pilates Instructor (Female)

Job description / Role Employment: Full Time We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Female Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our new studio in Meydan, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates, particularly focusing on Reformers, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized instruction. Monthly package from 7.500 AED to 12.000 AED depending on credentials, experience and working schedule. Responsibilities: - Conduct individual and group Reformer Pilates classes for varying skill levels. - Develop and implement tailored workout plans based on clients' goals and capabilities. - Demonstrate proper techniques and machine usage to ensure client safety and effectiveness. - Monitor and assess clients' progress and provide feedback to enhance their performance. - Maintain a clean and organized studio environment and ensure all equipment is well-maintained. - Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends and continue your professional development through workshops and training. Requirements: - Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor with valid certification (internationally) - Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a Pilates studio - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients in English. - High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards fitness and wellness. - Ability to modify exercises for clients of all fitness levels and special needs. - Passion for personal health and fitness, leading by example in lifestyle choices. Salary: AED 7,500 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Visa and insurance
