Located in Perundurai, we are at the forefront of revolutionizing the agricultural industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Mysore. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fulfill our staffing needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing recruiting strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating training sessions for new hires. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively. Qualifications • Skills in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting • Strong Communication skills and proficiency in building candidate relationships • Experience in Training and onboarding new employees • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Good organizational and time-management skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is beneficial
