About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Understand the hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies 2. Screen resumes, CVs, and cover letters to assess qualifications, experience, and potential cultural fit 3. Conduct structured, behavioral, or competency-based interviews to evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, and fit for the role 4. Facilitate the hiring process, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process 5. Manage time efficiently to ensure that recruitment processes are streamlined and deadlines are met, from job posting to candidate onboarding Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 23rd Jan'25 and 27th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests Gabit is a consumer tech startup in health, led by a Unicorn founder.
