Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify potential candidates for luxury cruise ship positions. Utilize various channels, such as online job boards, industry-specific networks, and social media platforms, to source qualified professionals. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, applications, and cover letters to assess candidate qualifications. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific positions on luxury cruise liners. Interview Coordination: Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and ensure a smooth interview process. Candidate Database Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database, ensuring accurate record-keeping of candidate profiles, qualifications, and interview outcomes. Applicant Correspondence: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and offering guidance on application procedures and requirements. Recruitment Events Support: Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos, to promote the agency's services and attract potential candidates.
