About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Collaborating with the KAM: Coordinating with the Key account manager to understand the hiring requirements 2. Screening candidates: Evaluating resumes and performing initial screenings to identify suitable candidates 3. Providing progress updates: Keeping the KAM informed about recruitment progress and making necessary adjustments 4. Reporting: Maintaining records and sharing regular updates on candidate status 5. Daily outreach: Reaching out to 110 candidates daily for interviews, follow-ups, or updates on their application status Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 23rd Jan'25 and 27th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
