About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Working with the key account manager (KAM): Communicating with the KAM to understand the hiring needs 2. Candidate screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting preliminary screenings to select qualified candidates 3. Providing updates: Keeping the KAM informed about the recruitment process and making adjustments as necessary 4. Reporting: Maintaining records and providing regular updates or feedback on the candidate's status 5. Daily outreach: Contacting 110 candidates each day for interviews, follow-ups, or status updates Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 23rd Jan'25 and 27th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
