Conducts end-to-end recruitment process :
sourcing to on-boarding process of candidates
Deliver quality candidates to store operations
Able to use recruitment system properly and efficiently including reports and trackers necessary in evaluating and updating of data.
Job Qualification
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
With related experience in retail store recruitment, an advantage
Candidate must have a customer-oriented personality
Above Average verbal and written communication skills
With clear demonstration of teamwork, adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking, and problem solving capacity
Must be willing to work in Pasay City
