Location: Dwarka Sector 22, New Delhi (In-office)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (plus performance incentives)

Now we’re expanding fast and looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to build our dream team!

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end hiring for Sales, Marketing, Ops & Finance teams

Source, screen, and schedule interviews with speed & accuracy

Collaborate with hiring managers and founders on requirements

Maintain candidate databases and dashboards

Drive LinkedIn outreach, job postings & campus hiring

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

1–2 years of experience in recruitment / HR

Strong sourcing, communication & coordination skills

Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, or Internshala sourcing

Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
