Job Description
We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should bring warmth, efficiency, and excellent communication skills to create a positive front-desk experience. In addition to managing reception duties, she will support the HR/Admin team with simple administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and warm reception experience.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
Support daily office operations and assist other departments as needed.
Maintain records, files, and documents in an organized manner.
Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and mail.
Provide administrative support for meetings, interviews, and office activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; proficiency in Kannada is a plus.
Professional, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-first attitude.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
