• Transferring calls as necessary.

• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time

• Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.

• Handling EPABX System.

• Greet and welcome guest as soon as they arrive at the office.

• Sending & receiving couriers and keep track on same courier.

• Word, excel, internet work
