The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments. Manage front office operations, including handling correspondence and scheduling appointments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports. Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and ensure meeting areas are set up appropriately. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently. Support the sales and customer service teams by providing necessary information to clients. Maintain records of visitors and ensure adherence to security and safety protocols.
