Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with customers for feedback or additional information as required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and quality benchmarks.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and company processes.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
For Freshers:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
• Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
For Experienced Candidates:
• 6 months to 2+ years of experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and phone dialer software.
• Proven ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Skills Required:
• Good command over English and Hindi (or regional languages).
• Clear and confident voice.
• Active listening and empathy.
• Patience and professionalism, especially during high-pressure calls.
• Time management and organizational skills.
