We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at the Witbank/eMalahleni branch.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. The Receptionist will also be responsible for answering phone calls, assisting any visitors as well as assisting with various administrative tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities: (not totally inclusive)
Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
