About the role
We are seeking a talented and professional Receptionist to join our growing team at PT Premier Qualitas Indonesia. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and administrative support.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming all visitors to our office in a warm and friendly manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
Managing the front desk and reception area to ensure it is tidy and well-organised
Providing administrative support to the GA team as required
Handling mail and package deliveries
Assisting with other ad hoc tasks as needed
