Greet visitors and patients, determine their needs, and guide them accordingly.

Answer queries and provide information directly to individuals or over the telephone.

Perform relevant tasks and assignments as requested by the immediate supervisor/management.

Maintain a cordial and harmonious working relationship with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.

Ensure proper cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and clinic entrance.

Ensure reception area has adequate supplies and stationery.

Frequently inspect and maintain cleanliness of the reception, concierge, and clinic entrance.

Handle patient complaints in a timely manner, documenting them and seeking supervisor assistance if issues cannot be resolved.

Ensure appointment schedules are adhered to with minimal or no waiting times, and promptly notify patients of any delays or changes in schedules.

Be flexible to shift locations or timings as needed based on organizational requirements and report to shift on timeHandle the cash and credit card transactions and make sure that the transactions are accurate. Responsible for all Cash related transaction handled by him / her.

Maintaining petty cash and reporting to accounts on a daily basis.

To perform as a backup receptionist as and when required

Helping Dispatch clerk in organizing the credit bills dispatch

To carry out relevant tasks & assignments as required and requested by immediate supervisor/management

Be updated about the accepted insurance cards in the Clinic
