And BMW Indonesia is currently looking for Receptionist & Admin Support with below details :
What awaits you :
Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them propriately and professional manner.
Support Related Department SAP (HRGA, Aftersales, Financial Service) :
End to End Purchase Order (PO)
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Organize dispatch of outgoing mail and documents via different means of delivery, e.g. by mail, by hand, by courier, etc.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
To make sure all incoming invoice to be handled directly by finance controller
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Provide support to other departments as needed
What you should bring along :
Min. Bachelor – Major Management, Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing
2 - 3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
Proficient in using office equipment (phones, computers, printers, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients, customers, and colleagues
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Ability to use accounting software (SAP)
