Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives, setting individual and team-wide targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement actionable sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Performance Coaching: Mentor agents on sales techniques, scripts, and negotiations to improve productivity.
- Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Operational Reporting: Track, report on, and analyze sales activities and key metrics to ensure project success.
- Marketing & Listing: Oversee property marketing campaigns and the listing process, ensuring accurate property valuations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (often 3-5+ years) in real estate sales, with prior management experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills, coupled with CRM software proficiency.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local real estate market, including legal and regulatory requirements.
