Quantity Surveyor and Supervisor for Structure Highrise Building

What you'll be doing

Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs and budgets for construction projects

Oversee the procurement of materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency

Manage and supervise the construction process, monitoring progress, quality and safety

Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities

Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction phase

Prepare progress reports, cost analyses and other documentation as required

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Construction Supervisor, preferably in the high-rise building sector

Strong understanding of construction materials, methods and cost estimation techniques

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and contracts

Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations in Indonesia
