Key Responsibilities: Inspection of Raw Materials Checking fabric quality, color, and texture Ensuring trims and accessories meet specifications In-Process Quality Control Monitoring stitching, cutting, and finishing Ensuring proper seam strength and alignment Checking for defects such as stains, loose threads, or incorrect stitching patterns Final Product Inspection Measuring garments to confirm size accuracy Ensuring labels, tags, and packaging are correct Rejecting defective pieces and ensuring rework if necessary Maintaining Records Documenting defects and rejection rates Reporting quality issues to supervisors Following Quality Standards Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards Adhering to customer specifications Skills Required: ✅ Attention to detail ✅ Knowledge of garment construction ✅ Familiarity with quality standards ✅ Good communication skills ✅ Ability to work under pressure
