📋 Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize prompts for AI language models (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA).

You will collaborate with AI developers, data scientists, and content experts to build intelligent systems that understand and generate human-like text with precision and context.

The ideal candidate should have a mix of technical expertise, linguistic creativity, and AI tool knowledge.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize AI prompts for various use cases (content generation, automation, data extraction, etc.)

Collaborate with AI developers and product teams to improve model accuracy and response relevance

Analyze model outputs and refine prompt strategies to achieve better consistency and context understanding

Document prompt templates, workflows, and performance metrics

Research the latest LLM (Large Language Model) advancements and integrate them into company projects

Build and test prompt chains and pipelines for advanced AI automation tasks

Create structured datasets and fine-tuning materials for custom model training

🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or Linguistics (or related field)

Strong understanding of AI language models and Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Proficiency in Python (basic scripting, API integration, automation)

Familiarity with OpenAI API, Anthropic API, or Hugging Face Transformers

Excellent command of English and creative writing skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate model responses logically

Attention to detail and curiosity for experimenting with prompt design

Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Mistral

Knowledge of Prompt Chaining, Few-shot Learning, or Context Engineering
