Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop a detailed project plan using appropriate project management tools and identify schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans

Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project life cycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks

Refine project scopes and objectives, ensuring feasibility

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget

Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the Business Transformation Head or appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources / vendors

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, computer science, engineering, or a related field

3+ years of project management experience in business or IT projects

Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion

Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Preferably has understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Has experience in ERP systems
