Responsibilities • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress. • Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates. • Identify potential risks and assist in problem-solving. • Support in resource allocation and task management using project management tools. • Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. Requirements • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field. • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders. • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, or ClickUp is a plus. • Ability to analyse problems and propose effective solutions in a structured manner. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
