WHAT IS A PROJECT MANAGER?
Our awesome client in Australia is looking for a new PROJECT MANAGER to join their growing team.
Our Franchise Coordinators provides direct support to our franchise partners by assisting in the development of new locations.
From the moment a new franchisee joins our network, you will become their main point of contact and assist in all-matters relating to new location openings. You will provide them direct support through commercial real estate selection, construction, technology activation, learning and development, operations, and everything in between to ensure they open timely and within Chatime standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Franchise Support (75% weighting)
Ensure all new locations open timely and in within Chatime standards.
Conduct regular support calls with Chatime franchise partners.
Coordinate key efforts based on the development timeline new businesses.
Provide support during commercial real estate and lease negotiation efforts.
Architectural drawing oversight and compliance.
Manage franchisee purchase of goods, equipment, and supplies.
Provide guidance during construction, design, and build-out phases.
Oversee operations setup and branding of new locations.
Assist with new employee hiring, training, and personal infrastructure that meets needs of franchisee.
Activate and coach local marketing resources in support of new locations Grand Opening.
Coach operational efficiencies, such as employee scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
