Job Description
You will be responsible for…
Collaborate across departments to ensure timely updates to speaker rosters, program agendas, and event deliverables.
Manage administrative functions such as database entry, content tracking, and report generation.
Help maintain and improve the speaker database in NetForum, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Contribute to project management efforts by updating trackers, assisting with task coordination, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Support other duties and special projects as assigned, including industry engagement and cross-functional tasks aligned with strategic priorities.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) or equivalent experience in event coordination, educational programming, communications, or project support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn new tools quickly.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred but not required:
Exposure to technical, scientific, or policy-focused content, with ability to quickly learn and communicate complex topics.
Familiarity with event or project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Salesforce, etc.).
Experience with associations, nonprofits, or mission-driven organizations is a plus..
