Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects in a multivendor environment. The successful candidate will oversee complex schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities

Estimate project efforts and conduct site visits to review progress and quality of work.

Coordinate with the Project Planning team on Schedule, Resource Planning, Budgeting, Risk Management, Quality, and Cost Management.

Ensure project effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with management and stakeholder requirements.

Coordinate activities among subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers.

Review and approve payment requests and issue changes in work.

Develop job progress schedules to ensure actual construction meets the schedule.

Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.

Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with scope of work.
