Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Review client requirements (e.g., UPS capacity, redundancy needs, integration with existing power systems). Coordinate site surveys to assess electrical infrastructure, space constraints, and safety requirements. Develop detailed project plans (scope, timelines, milestones) for UPS installation, commissioning, and service projects. Coordinate with the Technical Manager to allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) for each phase of the project. Monitor progress and adjust plans to address delays or scope changes. 2. Team Coordination & Delegation Supervise field service engineers, assigning tasks based on skills and workload. 3. Technical Documentation & Compliance Prepare and review technical documentation (e.g., installation schematics, commissioning reports, safety checklists). Maintain records of project deliverables, client approvals, and post-installation service agreements. 4. Reporting Prepare monthly performance reports for the Technical Manager, highlighting project status, budget adherence, and team productivity.
