Program Specialist - Intern

Job description • Conduct outbound calls (30+ per day) to learners based on different categories. • Schedule and coordinate 2 survey interviews daily between learners and Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. • Shadow survey interviews will be conducted initially and gradually, and a few will be conducted independently. • Maintain a structured call log & feedback database to track responses and trends. • Analyze collected data and provide insights to internal teams to enhance customer experience. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine survey questions and process improvements.
