The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in stakeholder management, and experienced in delivering complex programs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple projects and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.

Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.

Provide strategic direction and guidance to project managers and team leads.

Establish program KPIs and track progress against goals.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including executives and team members.

Drive process improvements and optimize workflows for efficiency.

Prepare reports and presentations on program status, risks, and key milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in program management or a related role.

Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Proficiency in program management tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in risk assessment and resource planning.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

Certification in PMP, PgMP, or Agile methodologies.

Experience managing large-scale or cross-functional programs.

Familiarity with budget management and financial forecasting.

Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
