Production Supervisors (cosmetics industry)

Job Role: Production Supervisor (Tumkur Factory) Job Responsibilities: - Supervise daily block production activities to ensure smooth operations. - Oversee raw material handling, batching, mixing, molding, and curing. - Assign and monitor worker tasks for efficiency and productivity. - Ensure proper machinery operation and report any breakdowns. - Track production output and ensure targets are met. - Maintain records of material usage, stock levels, and daily production. - Enforce safety and quality standards at all production stages. - Coordinate with logistics for material movement and dispatch. - Provide on-ground support for production improvements and troubleshooting. - Train and guide workers on best practices and safety protocols. Skills Required: - Hands-on experience in manufacturing and production supervision. - Strong ability to manage labor and optimize workforce productivity. - Basic knowledge of concrete production and material handling. - Problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Understanding of machinery operation and maintenance. - Good communication and leadership skills. Experience: - 2-4 years in manufacturing, preferably in construction materials or concrete production. Qualification: - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering. Other Requirements: - Willing to work in 10-hour shifts. - 2-wheeler license preferred for easy site mobility. - Long-term commitment and growth-oriented mindset.
