Job Ad & Profile Description Position : Production Supervisor - Beverage - Dar Es Salaam We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor in the beverage industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing production lines for both carbonated and water bottle production, including RO water systems and glass bottle filling lines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations on water bottle production lines and glass bottle filling lines. Ensure the proper functioning of RO water systems and work closely with the maintenance team for routine and emergency maintenance. Maintain accurate production records, ensuring all relevant data is documented and up to date. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff, ensuring high levels of performance and team collaboration. Coordinate and report directly to the Plant Manager to ensure smooth production workflows. Work in shifts to meet production targets and demands. Aqua Cool Limited is an equal opportunity employer. Required profile for job ad : Production Supervisor - Beverage - Dar Es Salaam Qualifications & Experience: A graduate in a related field, with a Degree or Diploma preferred. 4-5 years of experience in water and carbonated beverage filling lines, including experience with RO water systems and maintenance. Experience in glass bottle filling lines will be an advantage. Proven experience managing production teams and maintaining productivity. Strong record-keeping abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment. Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
