Job description JD for Production Assistant What can you Expect We're seeking a skilled videographer to orchestrate scene setups, lighting, and post-production processes for our video projects. Collaborating closely with our creative teams, you'll ensure our content meets high standards and aligns with our vision. Strong project management and problem-solving skills are essential for delivering quality results on time and within budget. 1. Scene Setup: Plan and execute the setup of scenes, including lighting, camera angles, and props, to create visually engaging and cohesive footage. 2. Lighting: Design and implement effective lighting setups for scenes to ensure optimal video quality and visual impact. 3. Coordination with Creative Team: Collaborate with creative team members to align on vision, goals, and execution of video projects. 4. Post-Production Collaboration: Work alongside editors to ensure footage is used effectively and final cuts meet the project’s vision and standards 5. Technical Proficiency: Stay updated on the latest videography trends, techniques, and equipment, including mobile videography, to continuously improve the quality of our video content. 6. Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets. 7. Quality Control: Review and critique video content to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and aligns with brand guidelines. 8. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the video production process. 9. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Brand Solutions, Account Management, and Edit Team to understand project requirements thus managing the timelines and also deliver shoots that meet client needs 10. Time Management: Ensuring all the projects assigned are met on the given deadline 11. Video asset Management: Maintain a comprehensive record of all the video assets that have been created and delivered by the team Qualifications & Requirements: -Candidate should be available for a full-time internship for 03 months and should be from Mumbai - Proven 03 months internship experience in the relative field - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in videography, shot composition, scene setup, and mobile videography. - Proficiency with mobile cameras, lighting equipment, and video editing software. - Excellent creative and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to conceptualize and execute video ideas from start to finish. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a creative team. - Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
