About the internship This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, user experience, and product development operations. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in streamlining product operations and improving workflows. 2. Collect and analyze data to support product decision-making. 3. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams on execution. 4. Maintain and update process documentation and operational records. 5. Support product launches by coordinating cross-functional activities. 6. Create and update support content (FAQs, guides, tutorials) to enhance the user experience. 7. Conduct market or user research to gather actionable insights. Education: 1. Currently, pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Coursework or experience in product management, UX/UI design, or related areas is a plus. Skills: 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 2. Basic understanding of product development processes. 3. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
