Product Development Engineer II

Phenom People is looking for a talented and experienced Product Development Engineer II to join our Engineering team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position.

The Product Development Engineer II will be responsible for developing and maintaining products and services that meet customer needs and specifications. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to work independently and collaboratively to design, develop, and test products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test products to meet customer needs and specifications

• Develop and maintain product documentation

• Troubleshoot and debug product issues

• Collaborate with other engineers and departments to ensure product quality

• Monitor and analyze product performance

• Develop and implement product improvement plans

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 5+ years of experience in product development

• Knowledge of engineering principles and practices

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in relevant software applications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
