LOCATION: ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY

Job Summary:

The Process Management Analyst is responsible for the following:

Development, maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of processes and their performance

Creation, review, and update of various documentations related to organization processes, policies, guidelines, and procedures

Provision of assistance to management and organization (i.e., resolution of process / system concerns, development of special studies/analysis/investigations, support to implementation of enterprise projects, handling of transactional/system related inquiries, facilitation of process and systems trainings and preparation of reference materials, etc.)

Preparation and communication of various process and performance related reports

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledgeable on business process design and modeling, data analysis, and database management

Proficient in MS Office Applications

Excellent business communication skills

Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
