Job Summary:
We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Growth Manager to drive lead generation, accelerate our sales pipeline, and build brand awareness. This role is crucial to our business development and will act as the bridge between sales, marketing, and creative teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients across sectors like marketing, digital-first brands, influencer-led businesses, and video production.
• Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities to inform strategy and shape our go-to-market approach.
• CRM & Email Marketing: Manage CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), track lead engagement, execute email campaigns, and maintain accurate data.
• Content & Social Strategy: Collaborate on content creation, including sales collateral, lead magnets, and social media campaigns to drive inbound interest.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, creative, and video production teams to develop customized proposals, pitches, and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, growth marketing, or business development, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Premium, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, video content, and digital-first business strategies.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and personalization skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
