Job description Summer Internship (Paid, 2 Months) Location: Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala Duration: 2 Months (Summer Internship) About Us: Join our innovative company at the forefront of real estate and construction technology. Your Role: You'll be a vital part of our growth, connecting with potential clients and showcasing our products. Your primary focus will be making outbound calls, scheduling online demos, and driving business development. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic tech sector and hone your communication and sales skills. What You'll Do: Outreach: Make 150 outbound calls daily to real estate and construction professionals. Demo Scheduling: Promote our solutions, understand client needs, and arrange online product demonstrations. Lead Management: Follow up with leads, engage with decision-makers, and ensure they understand our offerings. CRM Management: Document and track all client interactions in our CRM system. Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation. Feedback: Provide regular insights on client responses and market trends to management. What We're Looking For: Strong analytical and quick learning abilities. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu is a plus. Comfort with phone calls and handling objections. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Detail-oriented and organized. Interest in real estate, construction, or technology (prior experience is a bonus). Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Available full-time (Monday to Friday) for the internship. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Why Intern With Us?
