Job Summary:The Visualization Engineer will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing data visualization solutions to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics needs. This position requires a strong background in data visualization, experience with data manipulation, and the ability to develop effective solutions that meet business requirements. The Visualization Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support.Key Responsibilities:Develop, design, and implement data visualization solutions to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics needsWork closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutionsUtilize data manipulation techniques to extract and transform data from various sourcesCreate dashboards and reports that effectively communicate complex data and insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with data analysts and data scientists to ensure data accuracy and qualityDevelop automated data visualizations to support ongoing monitoring and reporting needsMaintain and support existing data visualization solutions.Data Validation and UAT on the reports.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields3+ years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or analyticsStrong proficiency in data manipulation, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.)Experience with SQL and data modelingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesTeamwork/ growth contributionHelping the team in taking the Interviews and identifying right candidatesAdhering to timelinesIntime status communication and upfront communication of any risksTech, train, share knowledge with peers.Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitudePreferred Qualifications:Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, R, JS or Java.Experience in Descriptive statistics.Familiarity with OLAP, data warehousing, data modeling and ETL processesExposure to data science and machine learning concepts
