Poster Designer Trainee/Internship Program

Preferably for those still in college or looking for switch to world of content creation. Key Responsibilities • Design eye-catching posters for digital and print media. • Work on layouts, typography, color schemes, and composition to create visually compelling designs. • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align designs with brand identity. • Create variations of designs optimized for social media, websites, and print materials. • Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing new design ideas. • Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma to craft high-quality visuals. • Revise and improve designs based on feedback and creative direction. • Stay updated on the latest design trends and industry best practices. Requirements Requirements Technical Skills: • Basic knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. • Understanding of design principles, including composition, balance, and color theory. • Ability to work with typography, icons, and illustrations. • Familiarity with different poster formats for digital and print distribution. • Basic knowledge of branding and visual consistency. Soft Skills: • Creativity and attention to detail. • Ability to take constructive feedback and make improvements. • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines. • Willingness to learn and experiment with new design techniques. Nice-to-Have • Experience with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects. • Knowledge of print design specifications and color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB). • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles. • Understanding of marketing and visual communication strategies.
