As a Fresher Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing, and screening candidates for various roles across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company websites. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for each role. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking systems. Assist in onboarding processes for newly hired candidates. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist with preparing offer letters and employment contracts. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events, if required. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the recruitment process. Skills & Qualifications: A graduate (any discipline) with a strong interest in recruitment and human resources. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques is a plus but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR and recruitment field.
